I attended Pacifica Graduate Institute where I obtained a Masters in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology. As a student, my training took place in local non-profit programs where I provided mental health services to foster kids and their families. I began private practice as an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist in 2015 and continue to practice as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist.

I provide a comfortable, quiet, safe space to allow you to gain insight helping you get from where you are to where you want to be.
Therapy often includes exploring your thoughts, feelings, past, present, and what the future could look like. And while therapy is not without its risks, my passion and experience will help guide you on your journey to healing.
My Rates
In-person or online, therapy is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.
